Job summary

Spade Recruiting is seeking enthusiastic, self-driven individuals to assist existing and prospective clients within our organization. This position will work with multiple clients throughout the day providing outstanding service and product knowledge.

The role is full-time and remote from home, with weekly pay and bonuses; training and policy updates will come from management teams.

Qualifications

• Willingness to learn products and policies through management.

Responsibilities

• Distributes enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
• Dispatch incoming customer calls and respond to requests.
• Explain individualized policies using the Needs Analysis system.
• Stay updated on new products, services, and policies.

• Distributes all benefit enrollment materials and determines eligibility.
• Dispatch incoming customer phone calls
• Accept customer calls and return customer
• Respond to client requests for coverages while representing their best interests.
• Create and explain individualized policies via our Needs Analysis system.
• Work and learn from management teams to stay up to date on new products, services, and policies.
