What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
- Lead implementation support for new clients, guiding them through the process and ensuring successful product utilization
- Conduct business analysis, including gap analysis and requirements elicitation, to understand client needs and facilitate project success
- Configure applications based on clients' business processes and best practices
- Oversee user acceptance testing and change management to ensure stakeholder satisfaction
- Provide subject matter expertise and support to Project Managers in managing engagement contracts and project progress
What is Required (Qualifications)
- Problem‑solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all organizational levels
- Experience working with both business and IT groups
- Must be able to travel approximately 50% of the time within North America
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a hands‑on approach to client engagement
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
- Experience in system configuration
- Knowledge of SQL
- Familiarity with Customer Information System (CIS) processes and functionality
- Experience in software implementation for the utility industry
- Strong influencing and coaching skills
