Outlier, an AI evaluation platform, seeks detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model and score exchanges, compare image/video prompts, and explain issues in writing.

Formación

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in when something looks off.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.

Responsabilidades

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness and usefulness.
• Compare AI-generated images and videos and judge which follows the prompt better.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot distortions, flicker, text errors, or mismatched audio and video.
• Provide written explanations highlighting what was seen or heard.
