Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from a remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in writing to help improve frontier AI systems.

Applicants should be fluent in English, with strong written communication and high attention to detail. This is a freelance, contract opportunity with weekly payouts and access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with clear written and conversational communication.
• Strong attention to detail, ability to replay or zoom in when something seems off.
• Nice to have: Pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining scenarios clearly.

Responsibilities

• Holding live English conversations with AI voice models and rating naturalness.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or audio-video mismatch.
• Rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism with written explanations.
