Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media from home on a flexible schedule. You will conduct live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video outputs, and explain what looked or sounded off in writing. Your work helps improve AI systems used in frontier research.

Qualifications

Fluent English speaker with clear written communication.
Strong attention to detail and ability to replay or zoom in on outputs.
Experience writing concise, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
Comfortable discussing realistic situations in natural conversation.
Ability to decide clearly when both options have flaws.

Responsibilities

Holding a live, scenario-based conversation in English with AI voice models.
Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each response sounded.
Comparing pairs of AI-generated images and videos and judging adherence to prompts.
Inspecting outputs closely to spot issues like distortion, flicker, or misalignment.
Rating outputs across dimensions and writing a precise English explanation.
