Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will interact with AI voice models, compare image/video outputs, and explain what was off in written form.

Training and access to top LLMs are provided; compensation is hourly with weekly payouts. Role emphasizes meticulous review, clear explanations, and the ability to decide between imperfect options.

Qualifications

• Fluent English speaker with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to replay/zoom in to spot issues.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor's degree or above.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic scenarios in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models.
• Ranking how natural, useful, and clear each output sounds.
• Comparing AI-generated images and videos and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot problems like distorted anatomy, flickering, or misaligned audio.
