Scale AI’s Outlier platform is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media. You will roleplay live conversations with an AI voice model, rank outputs, and explain issues in writing, remotely and on your own schedule.

Ideal candidates are fluent in English with strong written communication and high attention to detail. You will assess image/video outputs, label captions, and rate realism, providing concise, evidence-based feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong written communication.
• Excellent attention to detail and patience to review closely.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and discussing realistic scenarios.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Able to make clear decisions when both options have flaws.
• Nice to have: pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s degree or above.

Responsabilités

• Hold live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and rate naturalness, usefulness, and clarity.
• Compare pairs of AI-generated images/videos and judge adherence to prompts.
• Inspect outputs closely to spot issues like distorted anatomy, flickering, text errors, or misaligned audio.
• Write a concise, English explanation referencing what you saw or heard, across responsibilities.
