Job summary

CircleCI is seeking a senior full-stack engineer to help reimagine AI-native engineering across Go, React, and TypeScript. You will own end-to-end features, set architectural direction, and mentor others while delivering reliable, scalable software that powers thousands of developers globally.

Candidate should bring 5+ years of production full-stack experience with latency and reliability as design concerns, and strong skills in React, TypeScript, and Go.

Qualifications

• AI-native engineering practices.
• 5+ years of production full-stack experience with latency, reliability considered in design.
• Strong React and TypeScript; backend services in Go (API design, data modeling).
• System design leadership with architectural decisions and tradeoffs.

Responsibilities

• Build AI-natively; AI is the default approach for problems.
• Set technical direction and ADRs; lead design discussions.
• Invent new interfaces for software delivery and define patterns.
• Own features end-to-end in Go, React, and TypeScript.
• Obsess over craft; ensure reliability and responsiveness in interfaces.
• Champion observability using Honeycomb, Datadog, and Rollbar.
• Close gaps and fix root causes in team processes and gaps.
