Job summary

Laivly seeks an Agent Deployment Manager to lead complex voice and agentic AI deployments from discovery to production. You will own stakeholder alignment, design, and delivery plans across Customer Success, Solutions, Product, and Engineering.

The role emphasizes structured thinking, autonomy, and accountability as a senior contributor. Travel to client sites will be required (up to 25–35%).

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in product management, technology consulting or engagement management, technical solutions, enterprise implementation, or software engineering.
• Experience owning complex delivery outcomes with senior client stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Strong executive presence and exceptional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of complex voice and AI deployments, from discovery through production.
• Lead discovery via stakeholder interviews, workflow mapping, and data review to align outcomes with platform capabilities.
• Facilitate solution design sessions to align scope, requirements, and delivery approach with stakeholders.
• Hands-on work in the platform: configuration, testing, and integrations; drive UAT and validation.
• Create deployment plans with milestones, owners, risks, and go-live readiness; manage changes and scope.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and specialized resources to ensure outcomes.
• Monitor post-launch performance and gather client feedback to optimize value.
• Turn deployment learnings into reusable patterns, playbooks, and product recommendations.
