Job summary

Outlier is seeking detail-oriented English speakers to review AI-generated media on a fully remote, flexible schedule. You will hold live conversations with AI voice models, compare image and video pairs, and explain what’s off in written form, helping advance AI systems in real-world use.

Paid weekly on a 1099 contract basis, with opportunities to earn up to $15 per hour USD plus incentives. Access to leading LLMs is provided at no cost, and work can be done from home or while traveling.

Qualifications

• Fluent English with strong, clear written communication.
• Great attention to detail and patience to replay or zoom in to spot issues.
• Experience writing short, evidence-based explanations or reviews.
• Comfortable thinking on your feet and explaining realistic situations in natural conversation.

Responsibilities

• Holding live, scenario-based conversations in English with AI voice models and evaluating naturalness and usefulness.
• Comparing AI-generated image and video pairs and judging prompt adherence.
• Inspecting outputs closely to spot distortions, flickering, or mis-matched audio/video.
• rating outputs on adherence, quality, and realism and providing written explanations.
