Aktion Associates, a North American ERP software reseller, seeks a Manufacturing ERP Application Consultant (Remote). You will lead and support client software implementations, ensuring satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating as needed.

Applicants should have 3–5 years in Manufacturing ERP software (Acumatica preferred; Dynamics, Epicor, Infor CSI/SyteLine, Visual), solid accounting/financial skills, and a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance or equivalent.

Manufacturing ERP Application Consultant (Remote)

Role and Responsibilities:

• Lead and support client software implementations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving questions, tracking issues, and escalating according to company guidelines.
• Utilize and follow Aktion's methodology to achieve successful client implementation.
• Proactively communicate with clients and team to achieve exceptional client satisfaction.

Education, Experience and Skills:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience within one of the following Manufacturing ERP Software:
  • Acumatica (preferred)
  • Microsoft Dynamics
  • Epicor
  • Infor CSI/SyteLine, Visual
• Manufacturing Industry experience preferred.
• Demonstrated accounting/financial skill.
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent work experience is preferred.

Location:

• Work from home.
• Mid-west preferred with travel up to 20-30%.

Salary Range: $80,000-$120,000
