Job summary

Varsity Tutors in Canada is seeking ACT Science tutors to join its live online platform. You’ll schedule sessions around your availability, teach remotely, and help students prepare for the ACT Science section.

Earn up to $40/hour with incremental pay by session, and get paid up to twice per week for tutoring you conduct and invoice.

Our AI Tutor Copilot supports your lessons, and we handle payments so you can focus on teaching.

Qualifications

• Deep knowledge of data representation (graphs, tables, diagrams).
• Ability to explain graph interpretation and trend analysis.
• Experience with experimental design and variable control.
• Teach strategic test-taking and pacing for ACT Science.
• Able to adapt explanations to different learning styles.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-on-1 online ACT Science tutoring.
• Explain graphs, data, and experiments clearly.
• Help students improve accuracy under time pressure.
• Set tutoring schedule per your availability.
