Job summary

An online learning platform is seeking K-12 teachers to provide personalized instruction in a flexible, after-school environment. Teachers will conduct 50-minute classes online, utilizing provided curriculum and materials to foster a supportive learning atmosphere. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in education, at least three years of teaching experience, and a commitment to teaching for a full year. This role offers the flexibility to create a schedule from home and compensation ranging from $14 to $23 per class.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience teaching grades K-12.
• 15 hours of availability on a weekly basis.
• Able to commit to a year of teaching with Cosmo.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized 1 on 1 instruction for your students.
• Update your availability in the Cosmo App in a timely manner.
• Utilize Cosmo's curriculum, learning plans and materials.

Skills

Expert knowledge of online teaching strategies and tools

Teaching K-12 ELA and math standards

Strong communication skills

Education

Bachelor's Degree preferably in education
