Enterprise Mobility is hiring for a Full-Time Remarketing Inventory Coordinator in Ottawa, ON. The role focuses on vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, and paperwork to maintain tight control of the remarketing inventory.

The position offers a CAD $22.70/hour wage, comprehensive benefits, and a standard Mon-Fri schedule (7:30am–5:00pm). You will contribute to safe, efficient lot operations and ensure accurate processing of vehicle transactions and associated paperwork.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require sponsorship.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Ontario G or G2 driver's license with <=2 moving violations/3 years.
• No drug/alcohol conviction in past 5 years.
• PC knowledge with Windows, Word, Access & Excel preferred.
• Must be able to work Monday–Friday 7:30am–5:00pm.

Responsibilities

• Organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/inbound/outbound).
• Check in and process vehicle transactions daily.
• Maintain high-volume lot organization with safety and security in mind.
• Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory.
• Complete paperwork for repairs, pickup, and delivery of vehicles.
• Coordinate with vendors for minor repairs and vehicle movements.
• Notify management of safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions, or vehicles.
• Perform additional duties as assigned (administrative tasks, light janitorial, driving).
• Perform in-fleet servicing on new vehicles per procedures and delivery checklist.
• Inspect new vehicle deliveries for damages or missing parts and issue delivery receipts.

Enterprise Mobility has an exciting opportunity for a Full-Time Remarketing Inventory Coordinator. The Remarketing Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for vehicle check-in, organization, reconditioning, paperwork and overall vehicle control for the Remarketing department.

This position pays $22.70 / hour and is located at 297 Leckie Pvt, Ottawa, ON K1V 1S3.

Schedule available:

• Monday – Friday: 7:30am - 5:00pm

Responsibilities

• Organize and account for fluctuating inventory (lot organization/in or outbound vehicles)
• Check in and process vehicles transactions (daily)
• High volume lot organization with safety, efficiency, and security in mind
• Maintain systems for key organization and security of inventory
• Accurately complete paperwork associated with repairs, pick-up and delivery of vehicles
• Effective vendor/account engagement including, but not limited to: scheduling minor repairs, coordinating pick up and delivery, handling multiple vehicle transactions
• Notify Management of potential safety concerns regarding equipment, lot conditions and vehicles
• Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned (i.e additional administrative work, light janitorial, driving, etc.)
• Able to perform physical requirements related to PDI process
• Perform in-fleet servicing on new vehicles according to company required procedures and utilizing the delivery checklist
• Inspect new vehicle deliveries from transporter for damages and/or missing parts and complete the delivery receipt as required by the manufacturer

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in Canada and not require work authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must have a High School Diploma or G.E.D. required.
• Must have a valid Ontario G or G2driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations and/or at-fault accidents on driving record in the past 3 years.
• No drug or alcohol related conviction on driving record in the past 5 years (ie., DUI/DWI).
• PC knowledge with experience in Windows, Word, Access, & Excel preferred.
• Apart from religious observation, must be able to work the following schedule: Monday – Friday 7:30am - 5:00pm
