Job summary

A leading uniform services provider in Canada seeks an Assistant Production Manager Trainee to engage in a hands-on, high-impact training program. You will perform APM duties from day one, gaining operational leadership skills while working alongside experienced managers. Qualifications

  • 21 years or older.
  • At least 2 years of relevant leadership or supervisory experience.
  • Willingness to relocate upon program completion.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise, coach, and evaluate Production Team Partners.
  • Manage day-to-day production operations and workflow scheduling.
  • Partner with Sales, Service, Office, and Maintenance leaders.
