Summary

The Relocation Coordinator is responsible for planning and delivering workplace moves, adds or change as well as planning & delivering relocation projects projects

Key Duties & Responsibilities
  • Plansanddeliversworkplace move,addsorchangeaswellasworkplace relocationprojects.
  • Researches and liaises with vendors to obtain quotes. Provides recommendations on preferredvendor.
  • Prepares cost estimates for assignedprojects.
  • Determines and prepares resourcerequirements.
  • Creates schedules and monitors progress againsttimelines.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with vendors. Monitors work progress to ensurecompletion.
  • Ensuresassignedprojectsaredeliveredon-time,withinscope,budgetandrequirements,andcomplieswithallregulatory, environmental, health and safetyrequirements.
  • Develops and maintains effective relationships with clients. Resolves issues, manages client expectations, andensures client satisfaction.
  • Other duties asassigned.
Knowledge & Skills
  • 1to3yearsofworkplace moves,addsandchange andfacilityplanningprojectworkexperienceor1to3yearsofproject coordination workexperience
  • Community college diploma or equivalenttraining
  • Strong project coordination and organizationalskills
  • Ability to deliver non-technical projects such as moves, adds and change projects according to requirements, on-time and withinbudget
  • Ability to develop accurate costestimates
  • Ability to determine project requirementsaccurately
  • Strong interpersonalskills
  • Ability to influence others to ensure timely and quality completion ofprojects
