Job summary

You will coach staff, drive continuous improvement, and partner with management to meet daily targets. Proficiency with Redzone and Sage X3 ERP is advantageous, and Excel skills are essential for reporting and analysis.

The Role

Reporting to the Shift Manager, theRelief Value Stream Leaderplays a key leadership role within the Operations team. This positionis responsible foroverseeing and supporting a production value stream to achieve safety, quality, delivery, and productivity goals.

This hands-on role combines the responsibilities of a Production Supervisor and Team Lead, providing both strategic direction and on-the-floor leadership. Acting as a bridge between frontline employees and management, the Value Stream Leader ensures daily operations run smoothly, safely, and in alignment with Ganong’s operational excellence goals.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Strong knowledge of production processes, safety, and quality standards
• Skilled in Redzone; experience with Sage X3 ERP considered anasset
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Demonstrated ability to coach, motivate, and develop teammembers
• Must be legally eligible to work inCanada
