• Develops and implements evidence-based intervention plans.
• Educates patients and caregivers on self-management and health promotion.
• Collaborates with the care team to update care plans and discharge plans.
• Documents patient progress and maintains records in approved formats.
• Delegates tasks to rehabilitation assistants with clear instructions.
• Acts as an OT resource to staff and students.
