Fortescue Chaplaincy is dedicated to the wellbeing of the Fortescue family and available to all Fortescue Family members. Chaplains will be available to offer support, pastoral care and to celebrate success with Fortescue Family members.

Chaplains serve all Fortescue family members offering the upmost respect to those of differing faith traditions or those who do not have a faith tradition.

Fortescue Chaplaincy will work in conjunction with current Employee Assistance Programs (EAP) & government registered Faith traditions and agencies to ensure the well-being of all Fortescue Family Members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proven pastoral ministry experience
  • Previous experience in similar role
  • Spiritual formation
  • Working with Professional supervision
Qualifications and Experience
  • Spiritually or theologically trained in their spiritual or faith tradition
  • Certificate four in Chaplaincy
  • At least one unit in clinical pastoral education or similar
  • Mental Health training
  • Areas of Pastoral care
