Job summary

• Drives reliability improvements in the plant to achieve world class MTBF results.
• Directs, supervises, and assigns duties to predictive maintenance supervisor and selective inspection technician.
• Updates existing plant maintenance and preventative maintenance systems; troubleshoots equipment malfunctions and develops corrective action plans.
• Evaluates cost reduction opportunities.
• Conducts technical reviews of vendors and contractors to ensure needed services are provided.
• Supervises maintenance staff and ensures safety through safe work practices.
