Our expertise is in Commissioning & Qualification, Validation, Quality Systems, Regulatory Affairs, Engineering, and Project Management.

We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic individual to join our team as a Reliability Engineer in Toronto, ON (On-site).

Responsibilities
  • Apply Reliability and Industry methodologies to reduce risks to capacity, quality, cost, and compliance.
  • Use AI / ML to analyze complex datasets and support predictive maintenance initiatives.
  • Identify and eliminate recurring equipment failures through root cause analysis and implementation of CAPAs.
  • Maintain and manage equipment master data, spare parts, and preventive maintenance documentation.
  • Collaborate with Engineering on equipment design, installation, and lifecycle asset management.
  • Develop and lead predictive maintenance programs using risk mitigation and non-destructive technologies.
  • Address obsolescence issues through risk assessments and parts standardization.
  • Support facility shutdowns and ensure safe, efficient maintenance practices.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and promote accurate equipment history tracking.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Reliability, Data Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in reliability engineering or similar role.
  • Strong hands-on experience with AI / ML modeling and data analysis.
  • Proficiency in reliability tools (RCM, FMEA, RCA, SPC, CMMS).
  • Solid understanding of equipment lifecycle, asset management, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
