• 10+ years of experience in software architecture and development.
• At least 2 years in architecture or solution design.
• 2+ years in leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Drive the review and continuous improvement of resilient technical architectures.
• Collaborate with enterprise architects and engineering teams.
• Participate in post-incident reviews and drive continuous improvement.
• Analyze incidents to identify resilience gaps.

Skills

Strong foundational knowledge across multiple technology domains

Advanced understanding of architecture frameworks

Knowledge of banking back-end business services

Knowledge of automation, monitoring, and observability tools

Experience in programming technologies like Python

Analytical thinking and effective communication skills

Ability to work collaboratively and independently

Strong understanding of SRE principles

Experience in financial services

Knowledge of SRE and business continuity requirements

Education
