A national charity supporting kids in sports is looking for a Relationship Manager in Montreal. This role requires strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a focus on community engagement and stakeholder relationship building. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience and a relevant educational background. French language skills are an asset. Regular travel within the region is expected.
Canadian Tire Jumpstart Charities is a national charity dedicated to helping kids overcome financial and accessibility barriers to sport and recreation in an effort to provide inclusive play for kids of all abilities. With an extensive, national network of more than 1,000 grantees and 289 local chapters, Jumpstart helps eligible families cover the costs of registration, transportation, and equipment, and provides funding to selected organizations for recreational infrastructure and programming.
Jumpstart Relationship Managers play a key role in Jumpstart’s commitment to strengthening community sport across Canada, and in ensuring all kids have an opportunity to realize the benefits of participating in sport and play. Reporting to the Manager, Stakeholder Relations the Relationship Manager builds, grows and maintains relationships with key community stakeholders, including Canadian Tire Dealers, donors, and local community sport organizations.
