A leading financial services company in Toronto is seeking a Relationship Manager to serve as the principal point of contact for assigned clients. Responsibilities include managing client onboarding, ensuring data integrity, and advocating for client needs. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of Class Action and Project Management experience. This role offers a hybrid work environment and requires excellent communication and organizational skills.

The Relationship Manager serves as the principal point of contact for their assigned clients/accounts. They have the mandate of making our clients' lives easy, advocating for each client, and ensuring the optimal outcome. The Relationship Manager will work with Sales, Account Management, and the Operations team to ensure client satisfaction.
