Qualifications

- Build and maintain relationships with loan brokers and business agents.
- Evaluate clients’ financial health for preliminary assessments.

Job Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with loan brokers, business agents, and referral partners to drive quality SME loan referrals.
- Understanding financing needs and providing suitable solutions.
- Evaluate SME clients’ financial health and prepare preliminary assessments for the Credit team.
- Structure and negotiate loan terms in line with internal policies and regulations.
- Manage a portfolio of SME loan clients, monitor repayments, and coordinate with Collections on overdue payments.
- Identify credit risks early and take preventive measures to minimize defaults.
- Assist clients with loan applications, documentation, and guide them through the entire loan process.
- Provide basic financial advice to support clients’ cash flow and business growth.
Job Requirements
- 4 years’ experience commercial banking, SME lending, or relationship management.
- Experience in SME lending, financial sales, or business development in the banking or finance industry.
- Knowledge with Singapore’s financial regulatory framework
