Job summary

CIBC in Winnipeg is seeking a Financial Services Representative to help clients achieve their financial goals. You’ll engage clients, build relationships, and tailor advice on cash management, credit, investments, and wealth protection. You may work evenings and weekends and travel between nearby banking centres.

On-site full-time, you’ll use mobile banking tools, contribute to a client-first service culture, and collaborate with teammates to connect clients to the right products.

Qualifications

• 1 year of client-facing sales experience is required.
• Current accreditation and good standing Mutual Funds License (Canadian Securities Course or Investment Funds In Canada).
• Willing to work at multiple banking centres within travel distance.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients to understand personal and business priorities, advise on solutions, and provide a forward-looking financial plan.
• Engage in marketing and outreach to grow your network and connect clients to the right products.
• Leverage technology to introduce mobile banking and help clients manage their banking needs.
