Aon Canada invites a Winter Intern to join our Treaty, Reinsurance team in Toronto. This early careers role blends hands-on client exposure with mentorship from senior brokers and actuaries.

You will support clients and reinsurers, prepare market proposals, build spreadsheets, and participate in meetings and negotiations. This hybrid role lets you work partly from home and at the Toronto office.

Qualifications

• Student with strong interpersonal skills and critical thinking.
• Ability to work in a hybrid Toronto role.
• Interest in reinsurance and client servicing is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Support broking teams, actuaries, modelers and capital advisory professionals in servicing and prospecting clients.
• Liaise with international reinsurers in Canada, London, Bermuda, the U.S. and Europe.
• Attend meetings with clients, prospects and reinsurers to support client retention and growth.
• Assist in preparation of reinsurance market proposals and analyses.
• Create spreadsheets and assist in technical data analysis.
