What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Develop and execute regulatory strategies for product submissions to PMRA and US‑EPA
  • Coordinate internal collaboration between Sales & Marketing and Product Development teams
  • Prepare and submit regulatory applications for new products and updates
  • Oversee third‑party studies and manage outputs to meet regulatory requirements
  • Communicate regulatory timelines and strategies to various departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related scientific discipline (chemistry, biology, toxicology); advanced degree preferred
  • Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the crop protection industry
  • Familiarity with regulatory laws and regulations specific to product lines
  • Experience working with PMRA and knowledge of US‑EPA regulations
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with pesticide value assessments
  • Familiarity with toxicology and environmental fate
