What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute regulatory strategies for product submissions to PMRA and US‑EPA
- Coordinate internal collaboration between Sales & Marketing and Product Development teams
- Prepare and submit regulatory applications for new products and updates
- Oversee third‑party studies and manage outputs to meet regulatory requirements
- Communicate regulatory timelines and strategies to various departments
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a related scientific discipline (chemistry, biology, toxicology); advanced degree preferred
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in the crop protection industry
- Familiarity with regulatory laws and regulations specific to product lines
- Experience working with PMRA and knowledge of US‑EPA regulations
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with pesticide value assessments
- Familiarity with toxicology and environmental fate
