A leading bank in the Americas is seeking an Associate Director for Regulatory & Business Initiatives in Toronto. Qualifications

• Experience in project management or business analysis, with a track record of delivering results.
• Strong background in financial management or business analysis.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, compliance, payments or capital markets is preferred.
• Knowledge of Capital Markets, including major asset classes and their associated trade life cycles.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee Regulatory and Business Initiatives ensuring compliance with regulations.
• Champion a customer-focused culture and strengthen client relationships.
• Manage risks and issues while coordinating across delivery teams.
• Oversee project governance and provide updates to senior leadership.
• Foster operational excellence by ensuring adherence to business controls and compliance.
