Qualifications
Minimum 3–5 years of regulatory affairs experience in the food manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of Canadian food regulations and bilingual labelling requirements.
Experience with U.S. FDA food labelling is an asset.
Responsibilities
Ensure compliance with federal and provincial food safety requirements.
Review and maintain product labelling and packaging.
Develop regulatory documentation including ingredient statements.
