Job summary

Pembina Hills School Division invites applications for the Regular Full Time Educational Assistant position based out of École Westlock Elementary School. The successful candidate will support a French Immersion classroom and work with students with complex needs in a collaborative school team.

This 32.5-hour week role runs from August 27, 2026 to June 25, 2027. Applicants should have strong interpersonal skills, be enthusiastic about helping students succeed, and have or be willing to obtain

• Preference will be given to applicants with an understanding of childhood development.

The Position

The successful candidate must be self-directed team player who is interested in working with students with complex needs in a French Immersion classroom. Hours of work will be Monday to Friday at 6.5 hours per day, 32.5 hours per week, following the school calendar.
