Registered Veterinary Technician, RVT
Yaletown Animal Hospital is welcoming a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our dynamic and growing practice!
Must be a Registered Animal Health Technician or equivalent, preferably with at least 1 year of clinical experience, but will consider a new grad with an exceptional work ethic.
A strong knowledge of anesthesia, dentistry, surgery support, patient care, critical care, and other veterinary technician skills are a must.
You will be joining a team of 18 trained technical staff and 7 doctors to provide a very high standard of veterinary care to a wide variety of cats and dogs.
The shifts are 10 hours, 4 days a week, based on the clinic's needs which may include one weekend shift.
Schedules are posted at a minimum 2-weeks and at a maximum 2-months in advance, giving you the flexibility to swap shifts with other technicians.
$ to $ per hour. The hourly rate range is for the primary location for which the job is posted. It may vary depending on the work location of the successful candidate or other factors.
