A veterinary dentistry clinic is seeking experienced RVTs to join their team. The role offers a full-time 4-day work week with opportunities for professional development. Responsibilities include general dentistry, anesthesia care, and collaboration with specialist veterinarians. A supportive work culture focused on respect and continuous improvement is emphasized. Benefits include coverage for RVT dues and continuing education support.
Evergreen Veterinary Dentistry Services is seeking 2-3 highly motivated and experienced RVTs to join our team as we are expanding. We are a referral-based dentistry and oral surgery practice run by a board-certified veterinary dentist (American Veterinary Dental College). We are the only board-certified veterinary dentistry practice on Vancouver Island with a population of approximately one million people and a high population of cats and dogs. An associate doctor will be joining at the end of January 2026, and we would like our team to be trained and ready to work with her from that time while collaborating with our board-certified dentist.
This is a full-time position with a 4-day work week (Tuesday through Friday), typically 9-11 hours per day. Infrequent overtime may be required based on patient and clinic needs. No holidays or weekend shifts; no emergency call requirements.
Evergreen Veterinary Dentistry Services is a privately owned referral specialty clinic dedicated to providing high-quality veterinary dentistry and improving the oral health and overall wellbeing of companion animals. Our team is led by a board-certified veterinary dentistry specialist, with an advanced dentistry practice veterinarian joining the team in January 2026. We provide basic to advanced services, including care for patients with multiple health issues or challenging anesthetic cases. We work closely with referring veterinarians and pet owners to provide comprehensive, compassionate, and professional care.
We emphasize a collaborative, respectful environment where pet guardians are involved in decision-making processes and where team members’ contributions are valued. We support teaching, learning, mentorship, and access to high-end equipment and products.
We are committed to a culture built on respect, kindness, and teamwork. We do not tolerate bullying, gossip, or disrespectful communication and encourage open discussion of concerns to support staff well-being and continuous improvement.
