Job summary

Cranbrook Veterinary Hospital is hiring a Registered Veterinary Technician (RVT) to join our busy, well‑established practice in Cranbrook. We value high‑quality medicine, teamwork, and a supportive work environment where your skills and growth are encouraged.

Whether you are an experienced RVT or a new graduate, you will provide nursing care, assist with anesthesia and dental procedures, run diagnostics, and educate clients.

Qualifications

• RVT credential required or eligible.
• Hands-on patient care experience is preferred, but newcomers welcome.
• Strong communication with clients and team.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care and monitor patients.
• Assist with anesthesia, surgery and dental procedures.
• Perform diagnostics including lab work and radiographs.
• Support veterinarians during exams and treatments; educate clients and provide discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
• Help keep the hospital clean, organized and running smoothly.
