Role Description

This is an Independent Contractor position which is a part‑time on‑site role for a Registered Social Worker, Psychotherapist, or Registered Clinical Counsellor at our Kelowna and West Kelowna offices in the Central Okanagan, BC. The role involves providing counselling services to clients facing a variety of psychological difficulties. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, managing cases, and delivering therapeutic interventions. The counsellor will work closely with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to care.

Qualifications

• Skills in Social Work, including Case Conceptualization, Treatment Planning, and Case Management
• Expertise in Mental Health and Behavioral Health
• Relevant certification and licensure as a Registered Social Worker or Registered Clinical Counsellor
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team
• Experience in providing both short‑term and long‑term counselling
• Flexibility in handling a diverse case load
