Job summary

Extendicare Lakeside Home in Toronto, Ontario is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to join our compassionate team. You will develop, implement, review and evaluate resident care plans and provide leadership to personal care staff, guiding and coordinating their day-to-day activities.

Requirements include current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario, English communication skills, strong critical thinking, care coordination and time management.

Qualifications

• Current registration with the provincial College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO).
• Ability to read, write and communicate effectively in English.
• Strong written and oral communication, critical thinking, care coordination, time management and customer focus skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, review and evaluate resident care plans.
