What you’ll be doing:

As a valued member of the COMMUNITY NAME team, your responsibilities will include:

• Providing nursing care in accordance with established policies, physician’s orders, resident plans of care, and within the scope of practice of an RPN/LPN
• Ensuring the delivery of excellent nursing and personal care using sound nursing principles
• Creating a welcoming and supportive environment through teamwork and effective communication
• Overseeing resident care, including communication with residents and families, and guiding staff
• Supervising Personal Support Workers/Unregulated team members
• Managing admissions, readmissions, changes in resident status, and ongoing assessments

Who you are:

• A Registered Practical Nurse in good standing with the Ontario College of Nurses
• Experience in Geriatrics, Rehabilitation, or senior health industry is an asset
• Good judgment, risk awareness, and ability to foster a positive work environment
