Salary Range: $38.80 - $39.19 /hour

This program provides $25,000 in grant funding to eligible RPNs/RNs/ Nurse Practitioners in exchange for a two-year full-time commitment. It is understood that the hours of work reflect the current scheduling arrangements and are subject to change as determined by the Employer. Flexibility is required to cover all shifts including weekends and statutory holidays.
The Palliative Care Unit is comprised of 18 beds and is part of the Complex Care Program. The Unit provides pain and symptom management and end of life care for patients with a life-limiting illness. Our interdisciplinary team provides a holistic and collaborative approach to care, focusing on the physical, psychosocial, emotional, and spiritual needs of our patients. Our ultimate goal is to earn the complete confidence of our patients and their families by providing exceptional care that meets their individualized care needs.
