• Part-time
• FTE: Must provide availability of up to a 0.50 FTE
• Union Status: CUPE 815
• Shift Schedule (Hours are subject to change based on operational needs): Day/Evening - 7.5 hour shifts
• Employment Status: Permanent Part-time

Work as a Registered Practical Nurse providing foot care for patients. Service will be provided at multiple locations in outpatient settings.

• Current Registration as a Registered Practical Nurse with the College of Nurses of Ontario
• Successful completion of anAdvanced Foot Care Certification required
• Experience and courses related to the treatment of diabetic foot care & nail pathology - required
• Self-directed, organizedand able to work effectively as a member of a team
• Caring and compassionate attitude towards patients and families
• Superior verbal communication and customer service skills
• Evidence of commitment to continuous learning
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the job including: frequent standing and walking, forward bending, pushing/pulling and reaching. Some overhead reaching, squatting, climbing and lifting of up to 25 lbs.
• Satisfactory employment and attendance record required

Hours:Days; 7.5 hour shifts; 08:30-16:30 or 09:00 - 17:00 or 10:00 - 18:00(Hours are subject to change based on operational needs)

Salary:$36.81 to $39.80 per hour
