Salary Range: $58,662 - $64,101

We work with our 11 First Nation community partners and the IFC in the provision of primary health care, traditional healing, mental wellness and addictions, home and community support services, and health promotion services.
Under the direction of the HART Hub Regional Manager, the Registered Practical Nurse is responsible to provide clinical support to community members who access the Hart Hub. This role provides direct clinical care within their full scope of practice and participates in the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of services for individuals. The Registered Practical Nurse will work within a team of other multi-disciplinary team members to provide services to First Nation and Aboriginal people.
Given the traditional practices of Indigenous people, from time-to-time exposure to smoke from the burning of sacred medicines such as tobacco, sweet grass, sage or cedar may occur. Hiring of Indigenous People will be given preference, as allowed under Section 14 of the Ontario Human Rights Code – Special Programs.
