Job summary

Bayshore Home Health – Complex Care Branch in Sarnia, ON is seeking passionate Registered Practical Nurses to join our team delivering home care to clients in their own homes. You will apply your clinical expertise to ensure high-quality, compassionate nursing care tailored to each client’s needs.

Qualifications include graduation from an accredited School of Nursing, valid RPN registration in good standing, and CPR certification. A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required).
• Current RPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body.
• Valid CPR certification.

Education

Requirements

Candidates who have been offered a position are required to provide

• - A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening,

• - Two supervisory references
