Job summary

BioScript Solutions is hiring a Healthcare Warehouse Associate to receive, verify, and ship pharmaceutical products in a compliant, organized warehouse environment. You will pick, pack, stage orders, and maintain precise inventory records using a WMS.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify against orders; report issues.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders following FEFO.
• Maintain inventory records in the WMS.
• Handle temperature-sensitive products per cold chain rules.
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with audits.
• Inspect for damage, recalls, expiry; document non-conforming items.
• Operate pallet jacks and other equipment safely.
• Prepare shipments with proper labeling and documentation.
• Maintain clean, safe warehouse per GDP and safety standards.
• Complete required documentation for traceability and audits.
• Collaborate with purchasing, QA, and customer service to resolve issues.

Your Mission

• Receive incoming shipments, verify quantities and condition against purchase orders and packing slips, and report discrepancies or damage immediately.
• Pick, pack, and stage orders accurately for internal pharmacies/clinics and external customers, following FEFO (first-expired-first-out) protocols.
• Maintain accurate inventory records using the warehouse management system (WMS), including lot numbers and expiration dates.
• Handle and store temperature-sensitive products in accordance with cold chain and ambient requirements.
• Conduct routine cycle counts and assist with physical inventory audits.
• Inspect products for damage, recalls, or expiration prior to shipment; segregate and document non-conforming product per SOPs.
• Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, stackers, hand trucks) safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
• Prepare shipments for carrier pickup, including proper labeling, packaging, and documentation for hazardous or regulated materials where applicable.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment in accordance with GDP, OHS, and company housekeeping standards.
• Complete required documentation and recordkeeping accurately to support traceability and regulatory audits.
• Collaborate with purchasing, quality assurance, and customer service teams to resolve order or inventory issues.

What You Bring To The Table

• Education:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience:
  • Minimum 3 years of warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience required; experience in pharmaceutical, medical supply, or other regulated distribution environment strongly preferred.
• Skills:
  • Working knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, Good Distribution Practice (GDP) requirements and controlled substance handling protocols.
  • Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory scanning equipment. Previous experience with Business Central (Dynamics 365) is an asset.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy, particularly with lot tracking, expiration dates, and documentation.
  • High attention to detail within a fast paced environment
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • English proficiency is required for this position to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders

Compensation

At BioScript, your base pay is one part of your total compensation package and is determined within a range. Our pay ranges are based on the local cost of labor benchmarks for each specific role, level, and geographic location.

Votre Mission

• S’occuper de l’expédition, de la réception et du contrôle des stocks et d’assurer la conformité réglementaire;
• Sélectionner et emballer les produits;
• Travailler avec un système de planification des ressources de l’entreprise (Navision);
• Effectuer la saisie des données et préparer la documentation d’expédition;
• Vérifier toutes les livraisons de marchandises entrantes et sortantes; et
• Communiquer avec les fournisseurs et les clients.
