A healthcare provider in Northeastern Manitoulin and the Islands is looking for a Registered Practical Nurse for a permanent part-time role. The position involves providing nursing care to patients in collaboration with Registered Nurses. Candidates should have current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario and demonstrated competencies in nursing practices. This role emphasizes teamwork, service orientation, and proficiency in relevant software applications. As a member of an inter-professional Health Care team, the Registered Practical Nurse is responsible for the provision of nursing care to patients with less complex care needs and more predictable outcomes, in collaboration and consultation with the Registered Nurse.
Ability to engage constructively and promote a positive climate within and across internal and/or external groups/partners.
Ability to provide services to customers’ needs in a manner that meets and or exceeds expectations.
Ability to generate new and valuable ideas to develop new or improved processes or services.
