Job summary

The Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) at Chartwell Chateau Cornwall Retirement Residence provides professional nursing care to residents and guides Care Workers to support individualized care plans. You will build meaningful relationships and help residents enjoy their day to the fullest.

To succeed, you hold a current College of Nurses of Ontario certificate and are a member in good standing, with a genuine passion for compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Your certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and being a member in good standing are required.
• A genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience and your desire to learn.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
• Support resident assessment and implementation of individualized care plans.
• Provide guidance to Care Workers to meet residents' needs.
