Job summary

Chartwell Retirement Residences is seeking a Registered Practical Nurse (RPN) to provide professional nursing care within a retirement residence and supervise Care Workers as defined by the College of Nurses Standard of Practice. You will build meaningful relationships with residents and families, support resident assessments, and guide staff to meet individual care needs.

You will contribute to residents' daily quality of life, learn continuously, and collaborate with an enthusiastic team

Qualifications

• Certificate from the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO) and be a member in good standing.
• Interest in providing an exceptional customer experience and a desire to learn.
• Professionalism and compassionate approach to residents.

Responsibilities

• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families.
