Job summary

Bayshore HealthCare in Ontario is hiring Registered Practical Nurses (RPN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to join our compassionate home care team. You will apply clinical expertise to deliver high-quality nursing care in clients' homes, tailored to individual needs with empathy and safety.

Candidates must have RPN/LPN registration in good standing, CPR, a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle; English proficiency is essential, French is a plus.

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program and registered as RPN/LPN in Ontario.
• Current CPR certification and valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle.
• Excellent command of English; French proficiency is an asset.

Education

• Graduate from an accredited/recognized School of Nursing (evidence required)
• Current RPN or LPN registration (in good standing) with the applicable provincial licensing body
• Valid CPR certification

Requirements:

• Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written), French language proficiency considered an asset

Candidates who have been offered a position are required to provide:

• A clear criminal background check with vulnerable sector screening,
• Proof of being free from TB
• Two supervisory references
