Job summary

Flow Physio + Wellness in Bowmanville, ON, is seeking a Full-time physiotherapist to join a multidisciplinary team. The role emphasizes long appointment times and 1:1 treatment with a focus on progression of exercises into return to sport, manual therapy, and soft tissue work.

Mentorship exists in pelvic health, clinical Pilates, strength & conditioning, and running analysis. You will have autonomy in clinic offerings and fee schedules and work with a diverse patient load including high-level

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario.
• Ability to prescribe and progress exercises for return to sport/gym level programming.
• Comfort with manual therapy and soft tissue work.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 physiotherapy sessions with clients.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team of chiros, physios, pelvic health physios, masseurs, Pilates instructors and strength coaches.
• Offer autonomy in clinic offerings, treatment duration and fee schedule.
• Contribute to patient outcomes by thorough assessment, treatment planning and progression.

Full-time or part-time Registered Physiotherapist

Requirements:

Registered with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario

Location:

Flow Physio + Wellness (15 King St W Bowmanville ON L1C 1R2)

Requirements:

• must be comfortable prescribing and progressing exercises into return to sport/return to gym level programming in gym
• must be comfortable with manual therapy skills, soft tissue work
• we do not offer modalities (IFC, TENS, U/S) but neuromuscular acupuncture training in an asset
• experience working alongside PTAs is an asset
• experience working with a musculoskeletal/orthopaedic population is an asset
