Duties and Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with federal, provincial, and local laws, regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.
• Practice pharmacy to the full professional scope, providing clinical and technical guidance.
• Evaluate medication orders for therapeutic appropriateness, accuracy, completeness, and cost-effectiveness.
• Provide information to patients, healthcare providers, and staff regarding medications, therapeutic actions, adverse reactions, and interactions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy (BSc) or PharmD from an accredited institution.
• Licensed and in good standing with the relevant Provincial College of Pharmacists.
