Job summary

OPCO Skilled Management seeks a Registered Nurse to join our nursing centers in the United States. We sponsor TN visas for eligible nurses and offer relocation housing assistance with a guaranteed stay of up to three years, renewable.

English proficiency is required and RN licensure from a recognized program is essential. As a nurse you will provide care within the scope of practice, adhering to standards and center policies, and complying with state, federal, and local guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be proficient in English.
• RN license in home country or from a recognized nursing program.
• Graduated from an accredited Registered Nursing program.

Responsibilities

• Follows established procedure for charting and incident reporting.
• Follows company procedures for narcotic counting, pharmacy orders, and restraint reduction.
• Documents any change in patient's conditions including nutrition, infections, skin conditions, weight loss, or other changes.
• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for patient placement and monitoring.
• Documents and notifies applicable departments of patient room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.

As a Registered Nurse you will render nursing care within the scope of practice to ensure patient’s needs are met in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies as well as state, federal and local guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Utilizes the Quality Life Manual for identification, placement, and monitoring of patients in the appropriate programs.
• Documents and notifies applicable departments of any patient's room changes, LOA, new admits, or discharges.
• Makes rounds with physicians when necessary.
