Key Responsibilities

• Specialized Care: Provide direct nursing care in Home Health / Community Care – Primary Care and Home Services, and other units.
• Team Collaboration: Work with multidisciplinary teams to implement personalized patient care plans.
• Administer Treatments: Administer medications, monitor patients, and adjust care plans as needed.
• Educate Patients: Educate patients and families on health management, disease prevention, and post‑care plans.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in BC (or eligible for registration).
• Experience in Home Health / Community Care – Primary Care and Home Services, or other relevant specialties is preferred.
• BCLS Certification required.
• Bilingual (English / French) is an asset for positions in bilingual regions.
